Lucy Ruth Cummins
Lucy Ruth Cummins is an author, an illustrator, and an author-illustrator of books for children. She made her author-illustrator debut with “A Hungry Lion, or a Dwindling Assortment of Animals,” and has gone on to publish nearly twenty books, including as “Stumpkin;” “Sleepy Sheepy” illustrated by Pete Oswald; and “Truman,” with author Jean Reidy. She lives with her little family and a hamster named Matt in Brooklyn, New York.
