Chris Harris
CHRIS HARRIS is the author of the New York Times-bestselling children’s poetry collection I’M JUST NO GOOD AT RHYMING (illustrated by Lane Smith) and its follow-up MY HEAD HAS A BELLYACHE (illustrated by Andrea Tsurumi), as well as the picture books THE ALPHABET’S ALPHABET (illustrated by Dan Santat) and IF YOU LAUGH, I’M STARTING THIS BOOK OVER (illustrated by Serge Bloch).
In the TV world, Chris is the showrunner and executive producer of FRASIER on Paramount+, and has been showrunner for the AppleTV+ series ACAPULCO, writer/executive producer for HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, and writer for THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, among many other, much-less-interesting credits.
Chris lives in Los Angeles with his family, where he spends his time enjoying puzzles and unsuccessfully trying to avoid being licked by his dog.
